This course is designed for those who wish to Learn about Adobe Acrobat; how to create a PDF document from any application that can print; how to share PDF documents; and how to mark-up documents for online collaboration. The course provides a basic introduction to the some of the components within the Acrobat suite of software and no previous knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or related products is assumed or required.

An open standard — PDF is a formal open standard known as ISO 32000. Maintained by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 32000 will continue to be developed with the objective of protecting the integrity and longevity of PDF, providing an open standard for the more than one billion PDF files in existence today.
